Nurseplus Community care was launched in Scotland in 2002. Since that time our homecare services has grown throughout Perth, Kinross and Fife. We provide carer and nursing services to a wide range of clients ensuring they can stay at home for as long as possible.
Nurseplus Nurses & Carers - Carefully selected teams of nurses and carers provide our homecare services. All are vetted by Disclosure Scotland (Enhanced Disclosure), 2 references are checked and all applicants are interviewed by our Team Leader or Director prior to employment.
Training - Registered Nurses are trained specifically to meet the needs of Complex Clients within their care. Carers are all trained to meet the standards set by The Care Commission and local Councils i.e. Moving & Handling / Food Hygiene / Infection Control Our culture is very much focussed on Customer Satisfaction - All staff are trained and expected to adopt a holistic approach to care delivery. All customers are invited to feedback their experiences of our care on a regular basis plus we invite all clients to complete an annual Satisfaction Surveys.
Care Commission - Inspect, Review and Report on our services on an annual basis our most recent report can be accessed via www.carecommission.com Client Base - We care for a wide variety of clients within their own homes all with very different needs. Clients come to us via Social Services, Direct Payments, ILF, Hospitals and Privately. We provide care 24 hours a day 7 days a week, outside office hours we have an emergency on call service for the use if all clients, carers and nurses
Care Plan- All clients have an individual care plan designed specifically for individual needs, carers and nurses adhere to the agreed plan which is reviewed on a regular basis.
Rotas - Weekly rotas are sent to all clients informing them of named carers and times when care will be delivered. Clients are informed if there are any changes in the carer / nurse attending to them or any changes in time.
